Terms of Service Policy

SENEP Terms of Service Policy — Version 10122026Effective October 12, 2026

Welcome to SENEP. By using our services—including our website, the licenses and subscriptions we provide, or any contracted services (software engineering, artificial intelligence, automation, data systems and analytics, and integrations)—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1Acceptance and Scope of Terms

  • Applicability: These terms apply to all users of our services.
  • User Definitions: For the purposes of these terms, a “General User” is anyone browsing our website or making transactional purchases, such as licenses or subscriptions. A “Contracted Client” is an entity that has executed with SENEP, LLC a proposal, a Statement of Work (SOW), a Master Service Agreement (MSA), or other written agreement.
  • Precedence of Contracts: For Contracted Clients, this document supplements your main agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these General Terms of Service and a signed proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or Master Service Agreement, the terms of your signed agreement shall prevail.

2Use of Services

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose and to maintain the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our services are the property of SENEP, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The ownership and license of the deliverables created for a Contracted Client are governed by the signed proposal, SOW, or agreement.

4Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services provided by Kaseya, Datto, Microsoft, Lenovo, Veeam, Fortinet, SecurityMetrics, Vonahi Security, RapidFire Tools, Amazon Web Services, HP Inc., Logitech, and Trellix. By using these services, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service:

5Term and Termination

  • For General Users: SENEP, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our online services at any time for violations of these terms.
  • For Contracted Clients: The term, termination, and cancellation of contracted services are governed exclusively by the clauses stipulated in your signed agreement.

6Refund Policy

  • For General Users and Purchases of Licenses or Subscriptions: Refunds for licenses and subscriptions are governed by our detailed “Refund and Cancellation Policy.”
  • For Contracted Clients: Billing, payments, and any applicable credits or refunds are governed exclusively by the financial terms defined in your signed agreement. Project work is covered by SENEP’s satisfaction guarantee stated in your proposal or SOW and described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7Changes to Terms

  • For General Users: SENEP, LLC reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Service at any time.
  • For Contracted Clients: The terms governing the service relationship are fixed in your signed agreement, and any changes require a written amendment signed by both parties.

8Limitation of Liability and Warranties

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, this general limitation is subject to the satisfaction guarantee stated in your proposal or SOW and to any specific service warranties or service level commitments (SLA) expressly defined in a signed agreement.

9Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
